Who Is Behind ITScopeHub?
My name is Bir Nayak from India. I am an IT Support Specialist (IT Technician/IT Systems Technician) with 9 years of hands-on experience in computer hardware, networking, CCTV surveillance systems, and IT infrastructure management. I currently serve as an IT Technician and IT Support professional at The Assam Valley School — one of India’s premier co-boarding institutions, recognized nationally for academic and infrastructural excellence. I hold a Diploma in Hardware & Networking Technology from the Indian Council of Computer Education (ICCE) and a Computer Hardware Mastery Certificate from Skill Course E-Learning Platform. I am currently preparing for the Cisco CCNA 200-301 certification.
